Getting There

First off, I'm doing great. I feel like I'm getting somewhere which is immensely rewarding. Sunday I got to start having normal food and by normal I just mean food not made by lindora, as I've said before their food isn't half bad but real food is better! For breakfast I have an egg and toast, I might switch it up today, not sure. And then lunch and dinner I have a protein, vegetables (I've been making quick-pickle cucumbers) a bit of salad and a fruit. Sunday was the rose bowl swap meet so we packed everything up to eat while we were there and listened to this guy play a bottomless cello. He had rigged it so that the top string part and the neck were connected to an amp and he played it with some background music. I'll see if I can find a video...there's got to be one.

I'm down 4 lbs already! I can't see it yet but I hope by next week there will be some differences in my measurements!
